"This is a nice apartment but my only search parameter/filter was to have a place with A/C, and the unit doesn’t work in this apartment. I don’t believe I would have booked a place that said no A/C but the management company stated that it is in the listing (which it is now at the very end when I looked after we arrived). The MIlan Suite hotel is a quiet hotel in a quiet neighbourhood and is a short 10min walk to the Villapizzone train station. There is also a bus stop right near the hotel that can take you to the city center in around 15mins. Staff are very friendly and check-in was very fast. It was very nice to find a bottle of red wine and some snacks and chocolate biscuits waiting for us when we arrived in the room, which were all complementary. I had a wonderful stay at the Lancaster Hotel. I realized on arrival (after traveling for nearly 24 hours!) that I had lost my passport and the concierge was so kind and helped to call the cab company to try to find it. The room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was lovely and delicious. All the staff were lovely. I would not hesitate to come here again and would recommend to anybody. The only downside is it a little distance to the nearest metro stop but there is a tram that goes...

This hotel is perfect if you want to stay close to the central station. My family stayed for 5 nights and we are very happy with the breakfast and room. The staff are very friendly. Front desk allowed us to check-in at 11am. Three of us stayed at the deluxe room on the 3rd floor. The room is very new (newly renovated) and spacious (including the bathroom). Mini bar are free and they also gave us bottles of water every day. Breakfast are great! The only problem is the bar across from the hotel....
