"Ten Bits is a great place. Beautiful views, comfortable accommodations, friendly atmosphere and the peace and quiet. I will mention one thing... Don't ride a motorcycle there. The 2 miles dirt and rock road leading to the place can be a little taxing even for strong and experienced riders. Aside from that, wonderful experience!"

"John is the GM, we talked w him for a while up front. Super nice & very knowledgable of the Terlingua. My wife & I stayed in a double room. Bathroom, sink, 2 beds, tv. We didn't ever turn the TV on while we were there. We loved our stay here. The location is perfect. John used a term, something to the effect of "Vintage hotel at affordable pricing" - that's exactly what it is. If you need a place to stay that won't break your bank, yet provide everything needed, Chisos is a wonderful place to stay! "
