“The property was as described. Found the property clean. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. There are plenty of linens and pillows, and comfortable beds. The location was perfect for our adventure to the Big Thicket. Also close to a small lake with a swimming area.”

“Kelley and her husband are just phenomenal. This is THE best VRBO I've stayed in. I will run out of room for all the ways it's wonderful- QUIET, SUCH a cute theme carried out to the smallest details, every amenity you can imagine such as washer/dryer, hot tub, pond with paddle boats (when there's rain) walking trails, even phone holders next to the bed and goats to feed! The price was amazing, as well. I will ABSOLUTELY stay here again!”

Unfortunately, this experience fell far below even basic cleanliness and hospitality standards.I arrived shortly after check-in and immediately noticed signs that the property had not been properly prepared between guests, including a toilet that had been left unflushed. As I continued inspecting the unit, I found additional concerns throughout the property, including grime on high-touch……
