"The room was clean and both ladies that I encountered at the front desk was so helpful they both made sure all my needs were met."

"The room itself was awesome! The showers did not have doors, they are just the floor with two drains and water was all over the floor making it super wet and slippery. We wasted most of our towels putting them on the floor to wipe up the water to keep from falling. I wish they had built up the shower wall for extra privacy instead of adding glass. Also if you are in the bathroom your reflection bounces off the windows in the bedroom so the people in the bedroom can see you in the bathroom changing. The blackout curtains really weren’t blackout. There was still quite a bit of sun coming in even with them being down. The hotel was great. Great location. Awesome pool. I wish the casino was non smoking or had a non smoking section. I don’t smoke and have really bad allergies. I went down for less than a hour and woke up the next morning with stuffy nose and nose bleed from all the smoke the night before so I wasn’t able to go back down there again. The hotel had several restaurants. The staff was very friendly and I would definitely stay there again. Would definitely recommend to my friends. "

"Staff was excellent! Sweet and helpful. Loved the coffee shop, restaurant food wise was ok. Arcade was a blast and a great deal on Wednesday - kept our teens occupied on a rainy day. Property could use some touch ups/deep cleaning and I’ll never understand why all hotel bathrooms don’t have fans!! Overall pleased with our stay."

"Excellent hotel right at the beach. You do have to cross the street, but still an excellent spot. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. "

"I’ve stayed here twice, this time was a horrible experience for me and my family, upon checking in we walked into our room 1129 it look as if it was ram-shacked. Lamps and doors broken.. first two days the weather we couldn’t swim so the kids waited til the third day, which we came down and it was closed down for cleaning mid day. My adult girls were given hell just to access the pool. While teen kids were roaming around the casino floor unoccupied. "
