All staff we encountered were excellent. Called prior to arrival and requested a room on the top floor. Upon arrival, I received the requested room. Room access was from the outside. The room and bathroom were super clean. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of foods and was nicely arranged. The breakfast area was very clean, the tables had a little center piece that made the experience even better. The hotel offers easy access to the interstate. Parking was easy. Various restaurants are in close proximity.

Unsure if all rooms are remodeled, but ours was and we will call it the BEST Best Western we've stayed in, by far!! We traveled with our two large dogs and they had plenty of room to move around in the King room. If ever again in the area for a trip, we will absolutely stay here!!

This facility was extremely clean and well maintained. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the swan towel that was made on the bed with the remote and mints!! Have stayed at a lot of places this is in the top ten!! Great job!!
