Room was very clean. There were no cooking items like pots or pans or silverware. The pool and hot tub weren’t clean. In fact both had algae occupying them and didn’t looked as if they were serviced in a long time. The free breakfast was underwhelming. The only thing we had was the juice. I expected more but I reserved the room at the last minute. So this is what I got. The staff was very nice

When I came into the lobby to check in I was ignored for 20 minutes while man on the phone and didn’t acknowledge me or say anything the man that checked me in kept saying all my personal information out loud while other guest stood around my room had multiple roaches crawling around and my door lock was not safe I didn’t enjoy my stay the room was dirty and no one came to clean my room

The toilets needed cleaned all around even at the bottom, pee stains visible at the bottom, the satellite connection was horrible and the WiFi I had to keep connecting in order to use my phone. The breakfast could have more to offer and the seating is very limited to only 3 tables.

This hotel is quiet, and the rooms are big. I had a king bed and a kitchen with full size fridge that was ideal for my stay. The staff are wonderful, and the hotel is not far from where I was working. There are many shopping centers very close, and limited dining.
