Our room was clean but the chase lounge chair was broken, the desk chair was wobbly and wouldn't move. The carpet in the hall were very worn and not vacuumed. There was some peeling of wall paper in the bathroom. This hotel just was definitely not up to the standards of the Hampton Inns.

The room and common areas were both disgusting, not clean. They had a bench right outside the front door and every time we came and went there were employees smoking right by the front door. Couldn’t avoid them until we realized there was a side door. They were remodeling and I understand that, however they didn’t even try to clean the main lobby and breakfast seating area. Won’t be back to this hotel. Drive the extra 30 mins and stay in Biloxi.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My stay at the Hampton Inn Moss Point Pascagoula was excellent from beginning to end. The staff was welcoming, professional, and made the entire check-in process smooth and easy. The hotel was clean, quiet, and well-maintained throughout the stay. The rooms were comfortable, fresh, and perfect for relaxing after a long day. The breakfast was great each morning, and the overall atmosphere felt safe and peaceful. What stood out most was the customer service. Every staff member was kind, attentive, and willing to help with anything needed. Their hospitality truly made the experience feel like home away from home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Moss Point or Pascagoula area.
