"1.커텐을 움직일때마다 먼지가 좀 있더라고요. 프로젝터로 영상보는동안 휘날리는 먼지들이 ...좀... 2 밤 12시가 넘어서 노래부르는 어떤 객실이 있었는데, 프런트에 전화 할까 말까 하다가 그냥 잠들었습니다. 3 밤 12시가 넘어서 어디선가 들리는 파이프관 울리는 소리.. 어디 보일러실(혹은 기계실이 있는지는 잘 모르니) 같은 곳에서 들리는 소린지 암튼 1시까지 그 소리듣다가 잠들었습니다. 4 냉장고는 5도에 맞춰줘 있는건가요? 전혀 시원하지 않았습니다. 5 탁자위에 있는 스텐드는 어떻게 불을 켜나요? 버튼 찾고 터치 해보다 그냥 포기 했네요. 다음번에 다시 방문하게 된다면 미리 여쭤봐야 할듯요. 6.직원분들은 모두 친절하셨고, 지난 11월도 이번 12월도 아주 즐겁고 편안하게 지내다 왔습니다. 감사합니다. "

"3박4일 제주도 여행 중 2일은 다른 곳에서 지내고 마지막 1일을 휘닉스에 묵게 되었는데 외관과 내부도 깨끗하고~ 아침에 일어나 창밖으로 보이는 일출이 너무나 아름다웠습니다. 다음에도 꼭 방문하고 싶은 휘닉스였습니다.~"

"Great hotel! Location was beautiful, accessible to many restaurants and cafes, right next to the beach area. We were able to walk to a lot of different places and it was relatively quiet and peaceful in the evenings. There were also a nice restaurant and lounge within the hotel as well, so that was a nice addition. "

"Very nice hotel! Has a 7-11 downstairs and nearby lots of restaurants. Our ocean view was beautiful and we saw the entire mountain. Room was clean and shower was great"

"A wonderful stay. We stayed on the resort side. The junior suite is spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The basement fun zone is great, with video games, ping pong and a pool table. The swimming pools are lovely, don’t forget a swim cap though you can also rent them. The food is good though expensive. "
