This place is a hidden gem in a very small town. I would definitely stay here over anywhere in Moab. The rooms were very well kept and comfortable beds. The staff were probably the friendliest we've ever had at a hotel and very helpful. And the breakfast was by far the best we've ever had in our many years of traveling. Anyone staying anywhere near this area should stay at the Stone Lizard!

Amazing bed! Only complaint was that the sheets were a bit scratchy. The room was charming and the staff were amazingly friendly. To top it all off, the “made from scratch” complimentary breakfast was absolutely delicious!! Would definitely recommend this property.

It's apparent that the owners of Stone Lizard Lodge have made significant efforts to provide a comfortable and very pleasant experience to their guests. The staff was very friendly. The facility was spotless and very attractive. The breakfast was unique in that there were many homemade baked goods. Really couldn't ask more .

Tim the owner and his staff was very helpful and friendly. Would recommend staying here if in the four corners area. Great place, quiet, good home made breakfast, hot fresh coffee, tasty cinnamon rolls, clean rooms. There are wonderful museums in town. Near most State and National parks. We stayed a week and had so much fun as a family. Alot to see in the area and Tim was very helpful in suggesting places to visit. Would definitely stay here again.
