The staff was no where to be found for about 15 mins...When they did appear, they were very courteous! However they facility is old and dusty! Major construction was taking place to the ceiling of the lobby. The room is also old and very dingy! I had to turn the heater up to 78 degrees to get it to warm up. Definately overpriced!

Staff was great, but we had a flea infested room. Staff was apologetic and moved us to a different room, but only after my wife was bitten by fleas and our dog had them crawling all over him. We had to give our dog a bath and the next day we took him to a professional groomer for a flea treatment and also detailed our van so fleas wouldn’t be carried into our home.
