We stayed on the first floor so our children wouldn’t cause noise disturbances for guests on floors below us, and the elevator next to our room was out of service, and one of the main elevators on the other side of the hotel seemed to be malfunctioning. We’d wait almost 5 minutes for an elevator, and there were no clearly marked stairwells as an alternative option instead of the elevator. The bathroom in the room had been updated to a modern design, but not very well planned out. The glass pane of the walk-in shower wasn’t long enough and water got everywhere on the floor. My kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the breakfast was delicious! The front desk staff was friendly, but don’t try to check in early or they will try to charge you a $20 fee.
