A 5 bedroom home that comfortably accommodates 12 guests. Located in a family friendly neighborhood on the Eastside of town. Newly renovated with all new linens/furnishings. After spending the day at a game or exploring Bloomington kick back at our home away from home. The minimalist design makes this home stand out among the rest.

Thornton Place is the perfect spot to enjoy IU games and events, friends or couples trips. Lots of space to spread out. An Easy Uber ride to downtown. Quiet Neighborhood, yet close to all Bloomington has to offer! style and comfort all in one.

Layout-3 bedrooms are located upstairs along with 2 bathrooms, The den is located downstairs offering 2 twin beds with 2 twin trundle beds, the beds can be turned into 2 king sized beds as well, 1 bedroom and 1 full bath/ laundry combo.

Great for entertaining! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need to cook and prepare a meal. Snacks and Coffee bar provided.
Fully fenced in backyard. Back deck has plenty of seating!
