"Lots to do at resort while it was snowing"

"Great staff!!! The room was amazing ended up getting snowed in and having to stay an extra night front desk was more than accommodating!!! 10/10 would stay here again!!! "

"During our stay there was a big snow storm (14”!). The entire staff went above and beyond to accommodate guests and make sure things ran as normal as possible. Many stayed all weekend at the hotel just to keep things running. It was a wonderful experience. This was our second stay in two years and has officially become our go-to resort in Gatlinburg! "

"The staff was great. The room was wonderful. We had a river view room and it was so peaceful. Just so happened that we were there during an 8" snowfall and most everything was closed. They kept the kitchne open for room service and we were able to enjoy our couples massage at St. Somewhere even while being short staffed. Very nice!"
