What a gem! We were just passing through & needed a one night stay near UVA & Monticello. Staff... Fantastic Cleanliness - Superb Amenities.. .we enjoyed wine by the courtyard pool and the evening lighting... lovely way to end our driving day. Valet parking is a plus - WIFI was reliable & likely suitable for business use. Love the historic feel - preserved hardwood floors, railings, exposed plumbing ... all part of the ambiance.. can imagine UVA students in these buildings many decades ago. Need ADA - don't leave to chance.. call & ask. Location - great to walk UVA & pedestrian area - 2-3 miles total Easy to 64 & getting to Monticello We'd stay again... probably a fun spot if you're in town for a game or a UVA function. Well done!

Great place to stay. Bed and Breakfast in an old, updated house. New mixed in with old. Air conditioning worked great. Made to order breakfast from a number of choices was wonderful. Nice, friendly owner was very accommodating.

The gentleman at the front desk who helped me out, (C Note) you know who you are, was fantastic! All the young men who worked the front bell stand are absolutely fantastic as well! Everybody there was just absolutely fantastic and phenomenal!

This hotel was exactly what we were looking for in Asheville. The Blind Tiger is a property where you can feel as removed or involved with the other guests and staff as you desire. We had an awesome little cottage to ourselves, would visit the main house for breakfast and to chat with the staff, but overall felt pleasantly unbothered in our accommodation and were able top easily come and go and walk downtown as we pleased. This is a definite recommended stay!

We liked the rooftop bar, it was very unique. We disliked our room. I wore white socks and they were very dirty after just an hour of walking in our room. The lighting was also very poor in our room other than the bathroom.
