“It was ok. To get entry code one day ahead, I had to call. Customer service is awesome. Spoke to Westa, she was very helpful. Initially right after checking in there was some odor a, house is lot opened for a while. AC was irregular- cold in 1st level but feel hot upper levels. One would feel cold air hitting feet while standing near kitchen sink! Bathroom were new. Not extra towels or sheets! Kitchen is well stocked with utensils.we left specula/ tongs as well. Outside grill was disaster. We...

Upon arriving was a different case property had junk behind the silo walkway was not stable uneven round rocks to walk on especially for the distance from the parking.. upon entering the silo not clean shower contained mold, and mildew dead flies on floor. Handrails on stairs not stable some very wobbly each stair has it’s own rail handle. Very unkept outside.”
