“Room floors were very dusty. Asked the desk staff to get cleaned. Never happened. Just asked the housekeeping people for a floor wash on our way out for the day they did a wonderful job. New towels clean beds and floors clean. Breakfast was hit and miss. Need more staff when busy. No knives for much of the 2 weeks. Out of pastries. Juice not filled. Water empty. Need better service in breakfast. But loved our stay other than that. Pool was great..but need some umbrellas and loungers. I would……

“Parking was relatively easy. My only complaint is that my husband and I did not arrive till after 1 o’clock in the morning there was maybe a total of 10 other cars on the lot, so a lot of empty space as it was a Wednesday night. At check-in, we requested a late check out as we were checking in so late. All they were willing to give us was till 11:30 AM. For better customer service reasons on a Wednesday night, it would have been a much nicer gesture to have at least said noon and certainly……

“One of the main reasons I stayed at this hotel is because it is pet friendly. The room was large and the bathroom has bee remodeled. It was nice to have a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The pool area is large and the pool was sparkling. The property is old and nothing fancy but I will definitely stay there again. We had a great time. Also walking distance to Main Street. ”

“Place is a mess. Only upgrade was floor. Blinds falling, drawer bottom missing. Coffee cup had a beer cap in it. Pictures make it look nice but it’s not. Staff was very nice. ”
