"We loved this cottage. Our teenagers could take out the kayaks and our one year old could splash around on the nice sandy beach. We loved the screened in porch and had a couple of fires at the fire pit. It’s an older cottage and there isn’t much privacy as far as sound goes inside but we loved the character of the place. "Owners extremely friendly and helpful. Had questions before booking and after, owners replied back almost immediately. When arriving they messaged to check in I got in okay and to let them know if I had any other questions. It’s October so it’s cold the screen room was perfect for space of 9 people to be able to see the beautiful view, relax and stay warm. "The house is very spacious with lots of sleeping space. The fun games in the basement and the hot tub and sauna were the reasons we selected the property. The sauna is wonderful. Be prepared to test and adjust the hot tub water parameters upon arrival. Also need to bring your own sheets. We brought sleeping bags because we don’t have the same size beds at home so didn’t have the right sized sheets to bring.
