The rooms were ok, a bit tired. The pool is much smaller than it looks in the photos and not really a nice area to sit. The restaurant area is very nice and the staff at the restaurant bar were great. The view is very good if you’re on the balcony looking at water (I was) although technically I was facing the parking lot. Somewhat difficult to get Uber/Lyft from here (takes a long time). Maybe that’s just Boca in general.

Our room (728) was amazing. We had a room that faced the ICW with a perfect line of sight to the beach and beach club across the way. It was the perfect place to watch sunrise with a cup of coffee.

As for the Views from balcony Beautiful!! The pool area was nice and bartender was very nice. Our room on the other hand smelled so bad we needed to keep the door open most of the stay. There is no indoor area to eat or do some work in the morning/ outside use only and for August it is brutal. Monday's and Tuesday's the outdoor eating is closed which is so bizarre! You have all these people staying at your place and they can't use it??? In the morning the coffee selection was not good either. I would not recommend this place again sorry :(

The registration staff was excellent. I was placed in arguably the nicest suite in the facility. Two balconies overlooking the ocean was definitely a relaxing experience. My only complaint was that there was no glassware available. It would have been nice to have the option of enjoying a late-night cocktail while sitting on the balcony.

The employees are unhelpful. The restaurant sat us and an hour later told up they were not taking and more food or drink orders. Could have said that before they sat us and wasted an hour of our time. We walk to the Japanese restaurant next door, and had no problems.
