The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you'll need for your holiday and the dining area is perfect for a family meal. - 2 bedrooms - 1 double, 1 bunk bedroom - 1 family bathroom with shower over bath and WC - Electric oven and electric hob, microwave and fridge - Welcome pack provided - Wood burner (logs are not provided) - Smart TV in lounge and bedrooms - 2 dogs welcome or 3 small dogs - Gravelled courtyard garden can be found to the side of the cottage and has outdoor seating, a BBQ and a hot tub (please be advised the hot tub usage is restricted to 10pm to respect the neighbours adjoining the property) - Private Hot tub - included in the price, must be requested prior to stay - Guests to bring towels for use in the hot tub - Driveway parking for 1 car and further private parking on the gravel to the front of the cottage - Beach 8 miles, shop 3 miles, golf course and restaurant 1 mile - Located next to a working farm
