"There only one night, but it was still one of the most pleasant hotel nights we have ever spent. The decor is fantastic. The word "modern" is not adequate. The outside design and colors are just an introduction to the fascinating interior decor. The staff was more than helpful, and everything was neat and tidy. Even breakfast was superior."

"This was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Stayed one night. Went to complain about mud and dirt on the floor but no one was at the front desk. The fire alarm went off 6 times between 10pm and 615am. The hotel refused to do anything about either complaint and refused to refund me for the 4 nights that I did not stay there. Expedia was unhelpful with my dispute."

"The staff member at check-in could've been more welcomin. Breakfast could've had more options and the gentlemen overseeing the breakfast should at least wear disposable gloves. Coffee was a bit watered down and many of the creamers had chunks in them. Room servicio was not often enough and the shower curtain wouldn't stay in place. We won't be back."

"The staff was polite, helpful and friendly, he tried to help us by changing our room several times, one room we walked in and there was a roach crawling across the bed, the next room we tried the was a bed bug on the bed, sheets didn’t look clean and the window was broken and open, the third room was ok just a dead roach on the wall and the smell of drugs throughout the hallway smh!! By this time I was done and me and my family went to stay with other family for the night "
