A clean, quiet, comfortable value.

A nice property. Clean and well supplied.Nice neighborhood with little traffic.Management was spot on in commuicating and fulfilling our needs without even knowing that we had traveled there so my wife could have a major surgery and stay there to recouperate enough to travel home.And you probably won't beat the price anywhere else near Boise.Thanks Brian and Team

Dirty place

The place was very dirty, including pillow cases, bed sheets, kitchen, bathroom. The location is great, house is spacious though.

Great location

Overall good stay. Garage door opener not available so had to go in to open the garage every time we got back. Kitchen items were not organized so had to check all the cabinets and drawers to find things. Cozy and comfortable stay otherwise. The location was great for us.

Short, but satisfying stay

As soon as we arrived, I had a good feeling and once I opened the door that impression was verified. Our entire family had their own rooms plus two bathrooms and even an ottoman for the couch. In truth I have trouble sleeping sleeping away from home, especially the first night, but I slept very well. It was quiet and homey. There was even coffee in the morning. Thank you so much for such a restful and comfortable stay.

We loved playing house :)

We had a great experience. The house was tucked away from all the busy roads but close enough to get anywhere without too much trouble. The only inconvenience was the keypad opening the garage from the outside not working. I was in contact with the host but for some reason wasn't able to get it figured out even with the caretaker having come to take a look. Could be user error. :) The neighborhood seemed safe enough so I wasn't concerned parking in the driveway. We would stay here again.

Just what we needed

We really enjoyed our stay. Had all the necessities and did the trick. We loved that it was pretty central to all of the things we wanted to do. Especially the roaring springs waterpark.

Great alternative to a hotel.

We visited Meridian for our daughters Memorial Day softball tournament. We thought renting a townhouse would be better than cramming into a hotel room for 3 nights. We were right, this little townhouse was great for our family of 6. We were able to spread out, utilize 2 bathrooms, and enjoyed having a kitchen at our disposal. Will plan on staying again in the future.

Nasty

This place was terrible. Dirty Carpets. Bath towels looked as if they were used to wash a car. Stains on Bed comforter! Very uncomfortable to say the least.

Stayed 2 nights last week while in town for a wedding with 3 couples and 2 kids. Pros: Very spacious, big private backyard to throw a football around. Nice touch to get to park in the garage. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds and bedrooms for couples were good sized and comfortable. Easy check in and check out. Good central location to restaurants, Costco, etc. Clean on arrival (minus dusty ceiling fans). Cons: Most of the pillows were flat as pancakes. Linens need an upgrade. Our bedsheets were thin will holes. Towels were thin, and only had 7 bath towels for 8 people. For the 2 kids sleeping in the living room, our teenage son couldn't fit on either the sofa or futon--he's 6 ft. He ended up sleeping uncomfortably on the floor on couch cushions that slid around. Listing said "sofa bed" so I assumed it was a pullout sleeper sofa but was wrong. Air mattress in closet didn't have a pump. The space in this rental is so awesome, private, and quiet. If the owners could just do a refresh on the bedding (ESP pillows), and upgrade the living room couch situation, it'd easily be a 5-star accommodation.

Great location

Our stay at this property was a very enjoyable experience! Beds were nice, kitchen was well stocked, and the location was excellent-easy access to freeway as well as local restaurants and businesses. We would definitely stay here again!

Great pet friendly rental

We needed a rental home for a week, this is a good central location, easy to get to. Grocery and Gas close by. Our older dog loved the ranch layout and fenced yard. Management was very responsive to all questions. Highly recommend and will be back when I need a rental in the area

Clean, Convenient and Just Right!

We were in town for a funeral and this was exactly what we needed. It was very clean and well stocked. Location was convenient and neighborhood was very nice and quiet. We were able to get together and visit, but the bedroom arrangements also allowed us our own space. Highly recommend.

Communication was fantastic, couldn't have asked for better. My kids LOVED this place and so did my pets! It was great for us since we have such a large family. Appreciate that there is a lot of dishes/ silverware, way more than hotel suites!! The beds are comfy too! Overall great experience! Thank you!!
