Rosedale at Historic Hopffgarten House

  • A stunning historic Georgian style estate built in 1898. On just under an acre of lush gardens, this beautiful home features 4 bedrooms and a carriage house that doubles as a playroom, bonus room, or man cave. Experience the beautifully preserved features of a historic retreat, with modern amenities. Every bedroom comes with a unique theme. The primary suite features a king bed with an attached bathroom and is of the French toile Chateau era. The pink garden room also features a king bed and a love seat. The Harry Potter room has a queen bed with glittering ceiling and wallpaper original to the movie. Lastly, the bee room has an art nouveau feel with bunk beds and a vanity. There is a secondary bathroom with a walk-in shower on the second level. All bedrooms are located on the second floor. The property grounds have a slow wandering creek, roses, beautiful shade trees, large front patio, a balcony and a tree swing.

    Within 5 minutes of downtown Boise and Boise State University. Very close and accessible to the Boise airport.
