The room itself was very clean and tidy. Beautiful decor. I did let the hotel know I would be arriving from the airport with luggage and I was given a room that involved going up and down stairs with no lift access which at midnight after a long day of travelling was not ideal. The shampoo was very watered down and not usable. There’s also very little sound proofing within the rooms as I was kept up most of the night just from movement around my room. The hotel itself and the staff are very nice, bottled water in the room is a nice touch.
