“Lovely apartment, key pick up will be after 4pm Monday to Thursday as the bar is closed beforehand. There is NO ALLOCATED PARKING PERMIT. Staff are lovely at the two businesses downstairs which offer 10% discount for anyone staying here. We lived the apartment so much, it's got a great vibe and had everything we required.”

“Great location however the house was not clean on arrival despite owner stating it had been cleaned. I needed to clean sour milk which was throughout the fridge. There was lots of mould and damp spots in the bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen. Water was leaking through the ceiling in the kitchen and damaged our food.Owner advised he was trying to patch up the kitchen roof.Unable to use shower as this also leaked into kicheb. “We had a fantastic weekend. The property was imaculate with a lovely homely feel with very high end touches. It is in a great location tucked away just off the main st of tynemouth but we heard no noice what so ever and in walking distance to everything . It is dog and child friendly appart from the beautiful wooded stair where care was required with our toddler. A lot of thought has gone into this property and it shows. Thank you very much for letting us stay we all said we could live there ”

“Inside property was clean but hallway was not so much due to seagulls and others, host could have been a bit quicker at responding. Location was very good though parking in front of property was based on first come first served but there was parking on the street which you had to pay for from 9am to 5:30pm. Bed was comfortable sofa was a two seater and very uncomfortable and wobbly. Luckily we didn’t have to spend too much time sitting on it as the tv didn’t work for the last day and a half.”

In the bedroom, three of four pillows on the bed had brown marks on them; the dressing table chair had a long brown streaky stain on it (looked like 💩) and in the bathroom, there was no rubber seal on the bottom of the glass shower screen, so water poured out onto the floor when showering.
