After you check on you are directed to a concierge desk. They aren’t there to help you, it’s a ploy to get you to come to a 90 minute time share condo pitch. That really left a bad taste in my mouth and was a terrible first impression. The rest of the hotel staff were nice. The rooms are dated and beat up. Bugs were in our bathroom every night. The water parks were great but not sure that I’d recommend anyone stay here until it’s updated. Be aware that 2 beach chairs and an umbrella are $55 for the day. Beach towels are not provided.

Grand Atlantic Ocean Resort was amazing! The staff greeted us with smiles and were very helpful with answering questions and getting us into our condo. My family and I enjoyed how clean and spacious the condo was. We loved the ocean front balcony coming from the living section and the master king size bedroom.Both of my kids loved staying directly on the ocean and swimming and hanging out on the beach and in the ocean. My youngest child loved all of the swimming pools and the lazy river. We all loved sitting on the balcony while listening to the ocean and eating dinner on the balcony. I encourage anyone to book here. You will love it!
