"Cleanliness: the room we stayed at was very clean apart from the top of shelves/cupboard, because as I was storing our luggages on top, it was very dusty. Apart from the dusty top cupboards, the room and bathroom were very clean. Location: Very great location. Very centrally located. 5 mins walk away from Zurich HB station, and there are a lot of restaurants everywhere. There is also a Coop City very nearby. Staff: Excellent. Super helpful, friendly and kind. What more can you ask for. Breakfast buffet: Not enough choice. They only serve boiled egg, scrambled eggs and falafel balls as the savoury warm food. Breakfast was not a standout for me. Coffee was a bit watered down. Cons: as we visited Zurich during spring, the AC is not turned on in rooms yet. However, when we visited, it was when it was very sunny all day long, temperatures reaching 20c+The rooms get so hot during the day and even during the night. Yes, the room can cooldown overnight when windows will be opened, but because of the central location of the hotel, leaving windows open at night means it can get properly noisy because of all the restaurants, bars, and the street just below. It's either you sleep in peace and quiet but sweaty from the warmth or sleep in a noisy room but temperature is cool. Me and my family had a couple of unrestful nights due to this. Overall, nice hotel which have all the amenities you will need, but just be cautious of the rooms getting quite warm when it's sunny without AC."

"Everything was good, the room very clean, comfortable, warm and quiet. Even if we were in the city center, we didn't feel it. If you are. Very sensitive, they have earplugs. The breakfast was good and fresh, but it's vegetarian, so don't expect meat. Staff are not all the time there, but they send you the information before arriving to do the check-in and open the doors. Everything is very close to the hotel. The train station is only 5-7 minutes away, there are restaurants, souvenir shops and everything nearby. "

"The hotel was perfect. It was so cute and very different. The layout of the room was interesting. The only thing I think was kind of weird was that they gave us an option either to have one free drink or have the maid clean my room in the morning"

"The room was nice. Small, like most European hotel rooms are, but very comfortable. I chose the hotel because it is very convenient to the train station. It is also in a good location for walking along the river. There is a good restaurant attached to the hotel. "

"I’m not going to take a star away bc of this, I dont think it is objective for what I am rating, but know that you’re not allowed to speak “at all” after 10:00pm I’m not sure how this is possible because it’s a freaking hostel. While you should be respectful people are coming and going! Someone checked into our room past 10 and they were trying to figure the room situation out (we were literally whispering) and some homeless man in our room didn’t want us speaking at all. The train is easy to navigate to the city but annoying. Also, as a side note for other travelers if you plan on traveling to lauterbrunnen, zurmat, etc. just pay the extra and stay around those areas the trains are great but it is not a quick train ride to get to those places. Stay in Bern it’s close to everything."
