We visited Auckland for my birthday. On arrival I asked for an upgrade. Although the hotel was busy, we were offered a suite for an extra $80 per night. We grabbed the deal and the suite was perfect for our 2 night stay. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Thankyou so much for making our stay special. 😃😉

Situated in downtown area near restaurants and harbour amenities

The staff went above and beyond and made this a wonderful stay. I will be back. From the early access to the room, to remembering my name, to helping with wine suggestions and even printing for a meeting they were wonderful. The room was as advertised, very quiet and you can order pillows to your liking for extra comfort. I took advantage of the yoga mat and workouts on the tv. And ordering milk delivered by robot for my morning coffee. A wonderful experience and helped me stay grounded while in town for a conference.

The Hotel was clean and well kept.The breakfast was really nice, well prepared and nicely presented. The Ghost restaurant in the basement was pretty cool although the Bar area was deserted on on a different level. ( Not sure If there was another one we missed) The bathroom was modern but a little too dark and the shower had no door which made the water splash outside which left a pool of water, poor design. Overall a good experience well located.
