The listing/advertisement itself is not entirely accurate, for example it advertises a balcony and an oven, neither of which are present. The real downer, however, is that the house in general doesn't seem up to standard with the wiring/electricity. There is a family renting upstairs and as soon as they came home from work, it was just over for everyone. Power was just continuously shutting off...
