This hotel is good for price, room is clean , sheets are clean, floor need update, customer service were excellent . I like that they include refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast is not completed, but we do not expect for the room price, we went to Johnny Pamcake, about 10 min drive. Our first night , the air in room was still and smell bad but second day, they cleaned up , felt better to breath. Over all I give them 5 for the price.

From the outside, looked very hole in the wall, but looks can be deceiving. Staff was very professional, friendly & welcoming (we ended up arriving around 1030p). Room on 2nd floor, not bad of a walk up the stairs. Room, so nice & spacious. Comfortable king size bed & little sofa with plenty of space to move & have your stuff! Did not feel cramped at all. Microwave, mini fridge & coffee maker. Bathroom area, awesome, it actually had an exhaust vent, which I feel is rare for hotels now....

This was very adequate for an overnight stop for 1 person and a dog.

Perfect location, close to the beach, restaurants, bars and shops. Courteous staff and very pleasant overall stay.

Crossroads is the best kept secret in Wisconsin. You don’t have to stay in Lake Geneva in those overprice hotels stay a few miles out enjoy clean and comfortable motel. I shouldn’t be saying this because I’d like to keep this place all to myself. It’s wonderful! Five stars

This is not the Ritz. But it was clean, the staff was very polite, the TV and wifi worked, and I got at least what I paid for. The A/C kept me cool on the hottest day of the year so far. If you are just passing through and want a place to crash without paying a lot, this is the place. I suspect that there is new ownership and they are working to modernize and renovate. Best of luck.
