Beautifully done. Beds were ok. Little soft for our taste. Nice coffee maker. Plenty of shelving/drawers. The rest of the building (eg carpets) need renovation. Nice fireplace in entrance. Sufficient parking. Excellent location. There is a pool but we didn’t have a chance to use it. However, the heat in room #208 was not working very well at all. We unpacked when we arrived and then went out to eat not realizing the heat was not working. When we returned, we raised the thermostat and still not good. Luckily, it was not to terribly cold so we just turned it off. The problem was the noise coming from the heating system. As soon as we walked into the room we could hear a noise that sounded like a washing machine running coming from a locked cupboard right next to the bed. My husband went and spoke to the manager who told him the noise was the heating system and that all of the rooms were the same so we couldn't even move. We had to put up with that noise all night long so we did not sleep very well at all. We had to have the tv volume up to 100 in order to hear it. Would not recommend staying here if you want a nice peaceful sleep. For such an expensive room we hoped for better. The in room pool was freezing. Maybe that’s on me for thinking it would be heated more than it was. But it wasn’t really useable. So we hoped we could use the jacuzzi tub or at the very least a hot shower, the whole time we were there - we had no hot water. As a family of 4 needing to shower after skiing all day, hot showers should’ve been the most simple task. Not only that, the room was freezing. The balcony doors had no weather sealing under them and cold air blew in the room making it hard to get warm. The next morning we hoped to brush teeth and shower, but not only was hot water still not there, the water was brown. Terrible experience. Parking is easy. Our room was spacious. Pool was warm and great for swimming laps or playing with kids. The only problem I have is that the thermostat kept resetting to 70° and I woke up in the middle of the night cold. Two the beds are akin to someone in their preteens. Meaning the beds should be at least 8+ inches off the floor and it was as though I was laying on the floor itself, not 3 inches off the floor. It was hard. But on a scale of one to ten ten being best, I'd rate you at 8\. But I will see you next anniversary. Jocelyn beautiful personality. If I don't see her other than of her own doing, I'd be disappointed.
