The desk clerk named “Mimi” was EXTREMELY HELPFUL to us when we discovered that our reservation had not been effective. She worked with us to get the same type of room that we thought we had reserved. Mimi should be recognized by her boss - she is a GREAT representative of what an employee SHOULD BE!!!

The hotel was older. The elevators were not working the first day and we had to take the stairs after waiting. They finally put a sign up. The hallway smells of smoke. The pool needed to be filled and it was out of order. The breakfast was sparse. The staff was polite and nice. The bathroom was old but it was clean and water was hot. It had a view and was close to everything but if I known everything, I would have probably chosen another hotel. Not what I am used to for Quality.

Convenient location. Room was very spacious and fantastic! Most comfortable bed I’ve slept in that I can remember. My wife loved the jacuzzi tub. The fireplace was a pleasant surprise.

Service was great. The hotel was very clean. Only had an issue with the bathroom sink which was clogged. But was fixed right away. Also wifi signal could be improved. Barely worked in the rooms. Friendly staff. Pool was out, but it's winter so it's understandable. Breakfast never ran out of items. Vending machines stocked and ice machined worked really well.
