I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent stay. I was quite disappointed to find out about an unexpected $200 security deposit, as it was not mentioned when I booked and paid for the room. Additionally, the ice machine was not working, and the young lady who checked me in did not provide breakfast vouchers. On top of that, I was surprised by the $25 daily parking fee, which I also wasn’t made aware of beforehand. This was an unplanned trip, and these unexpected charges made the experience less satisfactory than I had hoped. I would appreciate it if you could review these concerns and clarify your policies to ensure better communication for future guests. Thank you for your time and understanding.

Totally outstanding

Rooms were very small,but clean and in good shape. Parking is in a parking garage about a block from hotel and it costs about $30

My husband and I visited Philly for the first time. We absolutely loved our stay at Canopy and will stay there again. All the concierge were friendly and offered great recommendations for where to eat, shop, listen to music and watch the Jays game. The restaurant is tasty and has excellent service (shout out Mike)! Adored the decor and vibes. The location makes everything walkable and felt safe.

The staff and service were extremely pleasant which enhanced the accommodations. I have stayed at The Rittenhouse in the past and this stay was just as pleasant.
