Although our arrival was delayed, the host made the check-in process effortless with clear and timely instructions. On-site parking was a great convenience. The location is excellent — just a short walk to grocery stores, pharmacies, public transit, and plenty of great restaurants. It was 10 mins walk to the cathedral, Alcazar and about 15 mins to plaza de Espanya. "

I would definitely recommend it. It is next door to the leasing office which has luggage storage and would have been convenient to use on our check out day, but they didn't open when they said they were going to and we had to change our plans for the day.
