The girl working front desk on Saturday july 20 was super exceptional. She went beyond expectations getting us to the cruise ship . It was a pleasure to have her help us . She definitely is a top employee and hope she is told that by management .

We are not familiar with the area around the property, but driving in and out of the hotel parking lot did gave us second thoughts. It may not be the best part of town regarding crime and safety. I don’t know. But it did concern us when we returned after a game at Fenway that many people were hanging out in the hotel parking lot - they did not seem like hotel guests. I was concerned for my car. Fortunately, we had zero incidents and overall, this stay was fine. I would stay there again however I would look for something perhaps in a different area.

Staff are great. Bathrooms in room need repair and upgrading. There are photos of a pool online at this hotel. There is no pool on the property. Mentioned to the staff working. They said they have notified owners but the photos have not been taken down. False advertising on ownerships part.

Staff was nice. Room was ok. Could use some work: carpet snagged, bathroom door stuck, but room had nice view of the river & was clean. Food in the bar was ok. Wouldn’t recommend the meatloaf. For something that was supposed to bw home made it looked very processed & flavorless as were the mashed potatoes

The front staff couldn't be any less friendly and welcoming. Not sure if just unhappy people or just hate their jobs but they made us feel uncomfortable. The room itself was ok however could have been cleaner. There was hair in the bathroom and counter/tables not cleaned very well. We didnt sleep well at all due to people in the rooms on either side being LOUD until late as well as the night club patrons. If coming back to the hotel after 8 or 9 parking is VERY VERY challenging and limited. Many guests had to park across the street under the overpass due to the volume of cars parked at the hotel for the nightclub attached.

Very nice stay, the breakfast each morning with fresh coffee was nice. Elsa was amazing as far as keeping all the food well stocked. We visited with her each morning, she is so polite and knowledgeable. She volunteers her time on her days off. Such a nice person!
