I liked how clean it was, and quiet as well. Every staff member we spoke to were very nice and professional. I didn’t like the lack of parking at the hotel or area, therefore we had to use valet parking which cost $28USD per day.

sweet place. nice staff. small hotel but super cozy. great restaurant - and i mean GREAT on the premises. One of the best meals I've had in Boston. The room was small, but nicely appointed with a really nice bathroom. And it is in Cambridge ... near Porter Square. We enjoyed it.

Loved this hotel. Super clean and very spacious!! The staff was very friendly! And location, location, location!!! Metro directly across the street and numerous restaurants and quaint shops in walking distance. Definitely planning to return to this hotel the next time I visit Boston.

The hotel is right off public transit, making the bus stop and subway very accessible. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is a $50 safekeeping deposit you must pay upon arrival, which you get back at checkout. The rooms themselves are clean and tidy, but can be a little cramped. Not a lot of space to put luggage so if you are bringing a checked luggage, keep that in mind. They have a basement with two computers for use, ice machine, sitting area and coffee bar. They have a restaurant within the hotel; we didn't have a chance to try but it looked like there were customers each time we walked by

Great hotel! The staff was super nice (especially the gentleman with the spider tattoo) and was so helpful when I discovered I’d accidentally booked a twin room instead of a king 😂. The room and the hotel were super clean and we really enjoyed our stay there!

Beautiful hotel in great location. Helpful staff and room was clean. The only thing I didn’t like was lack of closet (minimal clothes hanging space) as I was in town for wedding with multiple dressy events. Otherwise a lovely stay.
