The Beverly is situated in a quiet neighborhood with several good restaurants within easy walking/driving distance. Central to area points of interest, this location was an easy drive into Salem and Gloucester. While there is no front desk, communication was clear and friendly through text and the room was very clean and well maintained. We will absolutely choose this location for our next stay in the area!

Our room was at the basement \street level and the window the room was damaged and wouldn't lock. I texted the Beverly Team to assisted. The Beverly Team responded that a handy man will be there shortly. An hour later, I get an text if I still need assistances. I replied that no one showed up. My wife was there alone. Finally, handy man showed up and screwed the window shut. We didn't feel safe and checked out. For a two star hotel you get what you pay for.

In town to visit family, so we come to the area several times/year and have stayed a a number of hotels. Our stay at the Beverly was great. Room was clean, large and comfortable. Check-in easy and despite no physical staff on site their staff communicated well via text before, during and after our stay. Convenient location, close to Salem, Gloucester and Rockport. Highly recommend and we will definitely stay here again.
