"The room was in really good condition. The staff were wonderful. Very helpful in all situations. Always had a smile on their faces. Great vibes. Location was perfect. Situated near greenery but just a short walk to central areas. The bed was soft and comfortable. I loved that the property was stocked with all that I needed especially the kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again. Already planning our next visit. Absolutely loved the balconies, think my favourite feature. "

"Lovely hotel in a great location. Staff also very attentive. Very modern place, which wouldn’t be an issue if the basics were all there. But our aircon was broken (someone came to open a window and that was fine for us) and we didn’t have any shower gel. Plus the hand soap is locked so you can’t even take it to the shower. I’d rather normal light switches and less fancy decoration but with those basics sorted. "

"I travel regularly around the world for work, and I can say without hesitation that this was the worst hotel experience of my life. The establishment is deeply disorganized. I would like to point out that the staff on site did their best to assist me and were courteous and attentive...but this does not make up for the major shortcomings. Given the extremely high price I paid, the conditions were simply unacceptable: no soap or shampoo, a malfunctioning hairdryer, no kettle in the room, no refrigerator, and only one pillow. Overall, it felt more like a youth hostel, or worse, than a hotel of this standard. Finally, it is particularly shocking to note that, despite having booked several months in advance, colleagues who reserved less than a week before their stay paid nearly three times less for a comparable room. This situation is absurd and raises serious concerns about pricing practices."

"Good location to Messe Bremen halls. Good size room, although initially advertised as having a divider in between beds. Breakfast was one of the worst at 16€ per person. Intercontinental with dried croissants and cheese that has been out too long that it hardly taste like cheese. WiFi doesn’t always connect, you would expect having booked one of the most expensive rooms to have decent internet access. Really good hot high pressure showers, but let down by insufficient soap. Stayed for 4 nights and not once was the empty container ever filled up. I go once a year to Bremen for a conference. Sadly, would not return to this hotel, expected better being a IHG branded hotel. "
