“Stayed for 2 nights first breakfast was not good 😐 Second breakfast was lovely hot lots of it , Room large / bed big & slept well , Bathroom big & bath & separate shower , only thing big black mark on ceiling ( looked like mold ) Staff helpful but not that mean on at once ,”

“First night ( Saturday night) it was so noisy until midnight:( . Second night is much better. You book 2 nights, they don’t clean your room next day:( Overall it’s good place to stay.”

“Rooms were spacious, modern and clean. We didn’t use the spa due to only staying one night and the extra charge as booked through Expedia but if book direct, it’s included. Breakfast was £16.95 and worth it. Great choice. Lovely outdoor seating area. Beds comfy. Bathrooms good. Quiet location. All was good.”

“We had 2 nights stay at the Royal Swan. We had a great welcome at check in and the room was spacious with a good bathroom. It wad very hot while we were there and we would have been grateful for aircon or even a fan. However it was really good value for money.”

“Excellent room, nice area and staff were really helpful too. Only issue is the parking that there isn’t much parking if it is busy.”
