“This was my first time that I’ve stayed in a hotel on my own with my two children and I couldn’t have wished for a better stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The welcome gift for the children was an amazing touch. They loved wearing the robe and slippers.
The breakfast was lovely and staff super helpful. All in all a great hotel and will definitely return.”

“酒店地點很方便，Westquay 商場和 IKEA 都很快去到。客房乾淨舒適。
酒店沒有免費停車場，要泊在 Westquay 的停車場，8 小時至 24 小時 £15。房內沒有雪櫃、拖鞋、漱口杯，比較不便。Room clean 要每天和大堂說，最後第二天我直接跟大堂說請每天 room clean，她說 ok。”
