“Had an amazing stay. Staff were all very helpful. Really went above and beyond with lovely little touches in room especially for the kids who loved it! Would love to stay again in the future. Breakfast was lovely too! Highly recommend”

“Hotel was ok , stayed here 3 weeks earlier, booked in for early check-in, as needed to be out by 4.00pm, was told was booked , phoned the day before to confirm, was told yes that was not a problem & was put on the computer ready for us turned up at 2.05 pm to be told don't know if room will be ready ? When said had asked about earlier check-in, to be told yes can see it on the computer under our name but don't know if housekeepering was told ??
So was given key at 2.45pm after asking another……

“酒店地點很方便，Westquay 商場和 IKEA 都很快去到。客房乾淨舒適。
酒店 沒有免費停車場，要泊在 Westquay 的停車場，8 小時至 24 小時 £15。房內沒有雪櫃、拖鞋、漱口杯，比較不便。Room clean 要每天和大堂說，最後第二天我直接跟大堂說請每天 room clean，她說 ok。”
