“Good but no parking in hotel.”

“酒店地點很方便，Westquay 商場和 IKEA 都很快去到。客房乾淨舒適。 酒店沒有免費停車場，要泊在 Westquay 的停車場，8 小時至 24 小時 £15。房內沒有雪櫃、拖鞋、漱口杯，比較不便。Room clean 要每天和大堂說，最後第二天我直接跟大堂說請每天 room clean，她說 ok。”

“The White Star is a lovely place with nice seating inside and out and a good range of beers. The staff were lovely and helpful. Food was good. Our room was a bit on the small side but clean and very comfortable. This review would have been 5 stars BUT Oxford St is a popular spot with lots of bars and restaurants and unfortunately the bar just across the street (10 yards away) played very loud music outside until 1.30am and our room was on that side of the White Star. Rather spoilt our trip and……

“Lovely hotel, it was clean and tidy, the staff were all fantastic, every member of the team we spoke to was friendly, engaging and seemed a happy place to work! The place is spotlessly clean, our room was a little dated but still clean. Breakfast was great, good selection and nice quality. The only downside was being charged an additional £30 to use the spa for the weekend”
