"We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The two ladies who assisted us at checkout were incredibly helpful and attentive. One had been helping us for several minutes, and without being asked, her colleague noticed she needed support and stepped in right away. Their teamwork, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help truly stood out. They took the time to assist us with setting up our flight information and even offered helpful recommendations on places to visit, which we greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, we didn’t get their names, but they were absolutely amazing. This is our fifth hotel in Europe within the past week, as we’ve been traveling across different countries, and this has been our best experience by far. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"I had a fantastic stay at Essential by Dorint in Düsseldorf. The hotel is brand new, having opened just two months ago, and it truly shows. The entire facility is immaculate and beautifully maintained. The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. There’s also an on-site bar and restaurant, both of which served very good food and added great convenience to the stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely choose to stay here again. 10/10"

"Einfach unglaublich! Das Personal ist nachts dreimal in mein Zimmer gekommen – ein absoluter Bruch der Privatsphäre. Ich glaube nicht, dass es ein schlechteres Hotel gibt. Zudem waren die Handtücher alles andere als sauber. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!"
