"The Piute Trail Lodge was prefect for our weekend getaway with our 15 and 17 year olds and our two dogs. The location was perfect and within a quick drive or walk to the lake. We enjoyed sitting on the deck with our dogs watching the wild turkey in the mornings. "

"Food was good. Everyone was nice. It’s a little hard to find in my opinion, they need a bigger or brighter sign at their entrance road. I got so lost trying to find it. It’s the dirt road before the Cal-Fire station. That’s where you see tiny rusted sign. Otherwise, good experience! I will be back! "

"The house was beautiful and welcoming. The instructions on how to get there were detailed which made it easier to get to the house. Going up the mountain to get to the house was a little scary for me but, after the first time, it wasnt so bad. You get used to the road and know what to expect. The house was fully stocked and labeled which was much appreciated. We didnt have to rummage through everything to find certain items. They had coffeee available which was a plus. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us."
