Ideally suited for public transport, the beach and town. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Clean rooms, air conditioning good and so necessary in a heatwave. Restaurant serves dinner and a cooked buffet which was excellent.

Staff were lovely and were helpful. The price vs. quality does not seem to balance as much as it should as the hotel itself felt quite dated.

This is an ex Ramanda Encore Hotel and it was better then! The hotel is well overdue complete refurbishment and us very tired and not close being worth what is charged for it. The lift is slow and rattles, the staff are slow to respond to requests. One plus that saved it from disaster was exceptionally effective air condition in the room! Parking also a fair price.
