“No where to cool down and almost fell on to the floor because of heatstroke.”

“The hotel is in a great location for Hampstead and for getting the tube to other parts of London. The rooms are a good size and all the facilities are modern. The staff were extremely courteous, helpful and friendly.”

“Clean and comfortable room albeit small. Well decorated and stylish. No teaspoons or milk. Coffee was solid in a jar so not drinkable. Room was not made up properly after the first night, 1 wet towel removed and 1 wet towel left on the floor but neither replaced despite leaving them in the shower to indicate that they needed changing. No new tea or milk left. As we didn't return to our room until late we couldn't contact anyone. TV only works if their WiFi worked, that was very haphazard.……

“Checking in, we met another guest trying to enter our room as they've been shuffled around (whole building booked). Our codes didnt work and had to communicate for a while to grab the right ones. We've booked the deluxe room, however we were given the economy; there was only a bed and a few chairs and a table, our room did not match the photos. The owner/manager confirmed that we were given the "correct room" and that the amenities booked for the deluxe room were the same given to us,……
