“The room was clean and comfortable, and the lake view was beautiful.
The onsite pub and restaurant had just closed down , which meant a walk alongside the lake which was only a few minutes, to the pub restaurant next to a Premier inn.
There was a lot of activity on the lake when we arrived and other activities advertised on site.
This was only a stopover for us but was pleasant ”

“The location is right next to Luton airport.
I used it for my early morning flight.
I was impressed with how well stocked the room was, there was water and Pepsi max in the fridge.
The house had everything you could possibly need.
I would definitely recommend for a short or long stay. ”

“Room was ok, very small bathroom with limited facilities. The room I was in was next to the kitchen, lots of noise til 12 and then from 6. Was expecting a continental breakfast, but a full English was given which was nice
Overall a cheap place to stay, owners really friendly.
