"Clean room"

"Shower leaked badly onto bathroom floor even though shower curtain was inside the tub resulted in flooding. Noted that there was a poor attempt at a recaulk of the tub area, signs of water damage on wall and bottom of door, indicating the leak was preexisting. Staff commented that since we booked through Expedia there was little they could do. Manager, however, decided to pay for our cab ride to airport as a customer satisfaction offer."

"Room and hotel very clean (as always!), breakfast was also great as usual. Only issue was the very loud fan that ran in our bathroom that we couldn’t shut off, made it rather cold in there too. But we shut the door and all was fine in the noise department. Thanks for another great stay!"

"The person working the evening I checked in was less than courteous on the phone. Very short with me and cut me off several times. This interactions thong was brought up when I checked out the following morning and the hostess was kind and gracious in her receiving of my message."

"The only disappointment was that we tried to go to a late night dinner at the Red River Cafe and we got there 15 min before closing and they said they were closed. We weren’t sure if we should press the issue and take a chance of what they would do to our food. So we left. We did go back the next day to eat, and the food was great!! Our waitress Christina was the BEST!!!!"
