They initially had us in a 2nd floor room, but we're able to switch to ground floor room as I can't do the stairs. In that regard they were very accommodating. The bedding and towels were very clean, but the floor was filthy and the soap/shampoo/conditioner containers empty. I notified the front desk who said they would tell housekeeping. No problem as they were not expecting to put us in that room. But after 4 days...floor still filthy, no soap, shampoo or conditioner. Also weird that housekeeping did not make the beds. All they do is empty trash cans & replace towels. Except day three...they took the dirty towels, but didn't leave clean ones. Not quite sure how this property got the 8.4 rating showing on Expedia.

I was a bit disappointed by my experience after staying at this hotel for 5 nights. First, the pool was being worked on for the first 3 nights. Then once I got to my assigned room, I saw that the refrigerator was not working and neither was my key to the room. It worked the first time only. They agreed to move me to the next room and, to my dismay, the refrigerator there was barely working. If I were only there for 1 night, I wouldn't care, but I was spending a week there. While in the shower, I saw that the body wash was empty, and after speaking to the maid service, found out that the entire hotel was out of body wash and it was on backorder. Next, the breakfast selection was very limited and they were out of items multiple times (like cereal, danish, yogurt, coffee twice, and milk). That is only a big deal because there were only a few things to select from as it was. There were many workers in the back, but they never once, that I saw, came out to replenish anything in the breakfast area. I come to this area every year, but I will not be staying again.

We loved the spacious room, and how quiet and safe it felt. We did have a dirty shower, besides that it was a great stay!

Breakfast was great! Hotel pool was amazing for my family, along with the hot tub! My kiddos had a great time, this was easily the best pool a hotel has ever had. Cleaning was decent, we did find a few hairs and behind the night stand could use some cleaning as when I dropped my glasses I saw wrappers, dust, and someones old room key.
