I was a bit disappointed by my experience after staying at this hotel for 5 nights. First, the pool was being worked on for the first 3 nights. Then once I got to my assigned room, I saw that the refrigerator was not working and neither was my key to the room. It worked the first time only. They agreed to move me to the next room and, to my dismay, the refrigerator there was barely working. If I were only there for 1 night, I wouldn't care, but I was spending a week there. While in the shower, I saw that the body wash was empty, and after speaking to the maid service, found out that the entire hotel was out of body wash and it was on backorder. Next, the breakfast selection was very limited and they were out of items multiple times (like cereal, danish, yogurt, coffee twice, and milk). That is only a big deal because there were only a few things to select from as it was. There were many workers in the back, but they never once, that I saw, came out to replenish anything in the breakfast area. I come to this area every year, but I will not be staying again.

Rooms were clean. Tub neefs replaced.

The sauna was a nice surprise and the pool and hot tub were both open (unlike those in many hotels). It's an older place but very well maintained and we were quite impressed. We'll definitely use it whenever we visit Steven's Point in the future.
