Great unique place to stay. Perfect location!

We needed a place to stop overnight and found this would fit our price range. A couple of hours before arriving, I called the hotel asking for a crib. The person on the phone seemed confused, like people never ask for this even though it says the hotel offers in room cribs. They told me they had one pack-n-play. I have two infants. Luckily we had one in our vehicle, but it was buried under other luggage. Upon arriving, the customer service was absolutely terrible. The person asked for my email and after telling them, they looked up and said “what?” as if I was unclear. The tone was rude. I mentioned I needed a pack-n-play. They told me they had no idea where there would be. That was the only answer I was given. No solution. They said they couldn’t call the manager unless it was an emergency. I think not having a place for my infant to sleep safely is an emergency for a paying customer. Finally, they texted the person on shift I had talked to. The pack-n-play was located. Once getting everything set up, I looked at the ceiling and saw mold, which then left me worried all night for our air quality. Would never stay here again.
