“We were in town for a conference at Lowell. This was a great location, much better than Boston due to traffic. The house was nice and clean with everything that you could possibly need.”

“Great vacation week at this house. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen is huge. It was great having air conditioning. The property was beautiful, nice and shady, and we were able to do a lot of fishing, kayaking and swimming by the dock.”

“Stayed here for two nights and loved the property. Clean and quiet, even spend some time out on the back deck. In a neighborhood so not a lot of traffic which was nice also. Thank you for a lovely stay!”

“We stayed here while visiting WPI - very convenient. The living area was ideal for our family gatherings (warning - the sofa is so comfy you may doze off). The owner was easy to communicate with and the house was exactly as listed. ”

Property was very clean.Host checked in with us the next day to see if we had any questions which was very helpful.Nice to have an extra propane tank at the grill should we need it. Pool was nice and warm.Amazing views and even saw an eagle fly by.Amazing property.Within walking distance to Arlington downtown which we did a few times as well as did some kayaking which came with the rental. Had a wonderful time!”

“The house is more spacious than you think. We were there when it was really hot. The window air conditioners worked well to keep us cool. If you’re used to central air, these units are a little loud if you need them on overnight. The basement bedroom was comfortable and cool. The upstairs bathroom is new and full of light. The hot tub worked great and is in an area that includes a fun and large area for kids to play. The owners are very welcoming and respond quickly to all messages. Lovely to...

“Excellent communication with owners. Unit as described. Very clean and well appointed. The only thing we would have liked was an iron and ironing board; however, a steamer was available. Thank you for a lovely stay!”

“This property was phenomenal and the hosts were top notch. They had anything we could think of available throughout the house. The deck out back is an amazing spot to watch the sunrise. We didn’t have time to fish or kayak, but the waters were tempting and the fish were jumping! The hosts were quick to respond and easy to work with!”
