Awesome Lake Charlevoix views from almost every room in the house! Relax on the open/covered deck overlooking the lake while dining or getting some sun on the lounge chairs. Enjoy lake views from a brand new hot tub and have a fire in the new outdoor family room! Swim, float or launch your kayak from our beach on Lake Charlevoix. Park your boat across the street at Sommerset Marina, or rent a boat from Tommy's a mile up the lake. Downtown Boyne City is a short 3 minute drive (2 miles), Boyne Mountain is a mere 10 minutes to all the mountain has to offer (Skiing, Biking, Golf, Tennis, Disc Golf, Segways, Horseback Riding etc.), Avalanche Mtn for hiking and mountain biking is 5 minutes away, Whiting Park beach and hiking trails are just few minutes away as well. This location is a great Fall Color tour launch spot, and with the awesome lake views you don't need to leave to view the colors!

AWESOME PLACE!
This house couldn't have been more perfect. It was SO CLEAN, had everything we could need and more and the location was great (the views were beautiful.) The host was very accommodating and responded to messages quickly. We will be staying again in the future!

Fantastic location, close to both Boyne resorts. Loved the house, hot tub, super roomy & cozy. Neighborhood is charming & only 5 minutes to downtown Boyne City. Doug was quick to respond to questions, check in/out was smooth & simple. Probably one of our favorite places we’ve stayed. Hope to make it back!!

Perfect rental on Lake Charlavoix!!
Great rental for 4 couples. Everything was perfect. Ideal location for exploring Boyne City and Charlavoix and even Mackinac island. Great restaurants. The Landings. Cafe Sante. Sommerset Marina and the Genera store down the street has awesome flatbread pizza! The house has everything you need. The hot tub was used every night and so was the outdoor fireplace. Lot of seating outdoors. Lots of room to move around the kitchen. Comfortable beds. We kept the boat at Somerset Marina and launched our jet skis at the same marina. Spent most of our time on the lake. Downtown Charlavoix was a lot of fun with room to dock our boat. If you drive... take the ferry. It's a shorter drive. Highly recommend this place. The views are gorgeous. Well worth the money! Thank you Doug for sharing your place!

THE Perfect Place to Stay on Lake Charlevoix!!
Our stay at this property was...PERFECT! It was comfortable, clean, well appointed with a great view of the lake. The owner was so helpful and responsive to our questions prior to our arrival. There isn't a bad thing I could say about this home...it was simply PERFECT!! We hope to stay there in the future.

Getting into the house was very easy. The view was amazing and everything was very clean. Our only complaint was the weather...lol....but that was in nobody's control. I would recommend this house to everyone. Very very nice.

Great location and comfortable home
Home is very comfortable and clean. There were 8 in our group and everyone had a nice spot to sleep. Even though it’s right off the main road, there’s not so much traffic that it was a nuisance. Proximity to the Ironton ferry makes it easy to get to Charlevoix. The owner was very welcoming and made sure we were didn’t need anything.

Doug was a great host! The house was exactly as listed. Ten minutes to Boyne Mountain, 40 to Boyne Highlands and Nubs Knob and 35 to downtown Charlevoix. Exactly what we had hoped for!

Excellent Rental For Our Ski Vacation
We were extremely pleased with everything about this property and had a great stay. The home is well maintained, updated, and comfortable. The open kitchen was fully stocked with nice dishes, silverware, glassware, barware, coffee mugs, lots of appliances, a Keurig, etc. Plenty of bath and beach towels and a very nice washer and dryer. The cabinets also had empty areas to store the additional items we brought. We also liked the large empty panty area to store all of our food. The main table in the dining room was large and great for playing games and the multiple gas and electric fireplaces kept everyone cozy. The hot tub was wonderful after skiing and the location was about 10 minutes drive from Boyne Mountain and about 5 minutes to food and drink options in the winter. We loved the lake view ...and the furniture and beds were clean and comfortable. Owner even gifted us a bottle of wine. My only suggestion would be to add tv's to the extra bedrooms since only the Master had one... but overall this was a great choice for our vacation.

This home was outstanding with lots of nice, extra touches. Great location for our Boyne ski trip. Plenty of room for 8 of us and wonderful to come home to a hot tub after a day on the slopes. Cleanliness was superb, beds were comfortable and home came with everything we needed for comfort and convenience. Host was responsive when we had questions. Kids want to come back for a summer trip!

Wonderful week at Lake Charlevoix
This was an excellent vacation rental. It's located near Boyne City, Petoskey, and countless other natural areas of northern Michigan. The front deck provides a lovely view of Lake Charlevoix. The hot tub was in great shape, and the rental comes with access to the marina pool up the street. The pool was clean, provided cabanas for seating, and drink service was offered if desired. The interior of the house is in excellent condition with plenty of room to spread out and relax. The owner was very responsive and helpful.
