"The rooms i was given were clean. The meeting room needed a bit of a vacuum since there were a few specs on the floor when we first saw the room. I loved the room with the bed. It was clean. There was a tight squeeze between the toilet and being able to close the bathroom door. The breakfasts were nice and worth waking up early for. Overall, 10/10. "

"They put us in a smoking room (we reserved a non-smoking room), the room is dirty and outdated, no tissues, only one roll of toilet paper, charged us for a bottle of water, fridge did not work, there was no remote for the TV, sheets had small rips in them, soap dispenser on the shower was disgusting and clogged"

"Room was clean! Nice! What I am disappointed with is the airport shuttle!!! Promoted as 24 hours availability, but not saying it is shared with other hotels!! I called from my room to order the ride, arrived in the lobby as the first of a set looking to get the shuttle to the airport; as I waited I observed the shittle at the hotel across the street at the Hampton. The shuttle then headed to the airport without me and zero communication. In the interest of my own timeliness I hired anUBER and paid $35!! Quite annoying that i chose Tru hotel in large part for the airport shuttle convenience and never rode it!"
