This place was perfect for our family of 4! There were no stairs to navigate, and having a grassy area nearby for our dog made it even better. We brought fans to create white noise due to potential noise from upstairs; if you have someone above you, it can be quite disturbing, as is the case in any similar situation.The pull-out couch was surprisingly comfortable, featuring a thick mattress for the kids, and they even provided bedding for it. The bed in the bedroom was also very comfy, and both the sliding glass door and the bedroom had blackout curtains. The well-equipped kitchen had everything we needed, including a crockpot and pizza pans.
